Refund & Returns Policy

We accept returns only if the item:

• does not match the description, or
• arrives in a damaged or incorrect condition.

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind,
• incorrect size choice,
• buyer preference,
• or normal wear after use.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and provide photos showing the issue.

If the return is approved:

• the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs,
• and the item must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by us.
